Tour Plan

Day 01 CUSCO - OLLANTAYTAMBO - AGUAS CALIENTES

We begin our tour to Machu Picchu picking you up from your hotel at 8:00 hrs to the train station of Ollantaytambo where you will take the train at 11:15 hrs to Aguas Calientes. It’s a nice journey through the Andes with amazing views and landscapes along the way that you can enjoy the snow-capped mountain Veronica, Km 82 the starting point of the famous Inca Trail, the archaeological Inca sites Inca of Patallacta and Choquesuysuy. Arriving in Aguas Calientes, the closest town to Machu Picchu, Hotel staff guide will pick you up at the train station and check you in at the Hotel, optional; you could go to the hot springs for a thermal medicinal bath.

Day 02 AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

Early in the morning at 4:30hrs enjoy your breakfast at Hotel, and then you take the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu where our guide will show and explain to you the most representatives sites for about 2 hours, then, Huayna Picchu Mountain will be waiting for you (gate open from 9-10am),a regular time to spend here is about 3 hours, after this you can stay in Machu Picchu until 5pm and then return to Aguas Calientes to be at the train station at 18:30 hrs to catch the train to Ollantaytambo where you will be seat in a bus coming back to Cusco at 22:30 approx.
